A5	In case of requested hotel / travel service is not available, an alternative hotel / travel service with comparable conditions will be suggested for your consideration.

Q5	Will it be safe to use my credit card to pay via internet?

Q6	In what currency my credit card will be charged?
A6	The currency is based on the HK dollars. Your credit card company will convert the HKD amount according to the prevailing exchange rate and charge you in local currency.
Q7	Why do I need to fax the authorization form?
A7	We can understand your security concern. But this is just a way to filter out any bad transaction and to verify if the credit card used for the booking was in fact in your possession and it was you only who made the booking and not some body who happen to have your credit card no. etc. We take great care while handling your credit card information and do not share any of your information with other vendors and partners.
Q8	Why my credit card transaction could NOT be completed?
A8	The failure may due to one of the following reasons: 1) The online payment service is not activate or register 2) The consumption is exceeded the credit limit Please contact your credit card issuer immediately. Alternatively, you may consider in settle the payment by another credit card at your earliest convenience to secure your reservation.
