*Reservation Information*
- Only passengers who will transfer from international flight to international flight can stay at this hotel.
- Passengers who will transfer from international flight to domestic flight cannot stay at this hotel.
- You cannot claim your luggage within transfer area, and you should send it to your destination when you leave.
- Passengers who make a reservation should not pass through the immigration checkpoints.
- The six hours plan is only possible at Day Use (7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
- Afer 6 p.m., the basic staying hours are 12 hours according to the policy.
- Please clarify your flight No. and arrival and departure time when you make a reservation.
- Please clarify expected the number of persons and exact check-in/out time.
- If you are a no-show at arranged staying time without any notice, we will sustain the reservation for 2 hours and we can cancel it at our discretion.

*Transfer Procedure after getting off the Airplane*
- In the case when you have a boarding pass for the connecting flight:
Proceed to the security inspection area following the directional signs, go through transfer security screening, and proceed to the departure floor.

- In the case when you do not have a boarding pass for the connecting flight:
Proceed to the airline check-in counter to obtain a boarding pass then proceed to the security inspection area by following the directional signs, go through transfer security screening, and proceed to the departure floor.

*Transfer Procedure from the International Flight to International Flight*
1. Arrival (2nd floor)
2. Transfer Check-in Counter (2nd floor) – Passengers with a boarding pass may proceed directly to the Security Inspection area
3. Security Inspection – Go through Transfer Security Screening on the 2nd floor, then proceed to the Boarding Lounge in the 3rd floor. Transfer security screening at the 2nd floor (boarding lounge at the 3rd floor)
4. Boarding (3rd floor)

*Directions to the Transit Hotel*
- East Side: Take the escalator located across from Boarding Gate No.10 on the 3rd floor to the 4th floor.
- West Side: Take the escalator located across from Boarding Gate No.43 on the 3rd floor to the 4th floor.
