| The following documents are required upon visa application: |

photo **Digital photo is not acceptable** |

(For Taiwan passport holders, Two (2) photos are required) |

** The Passport must have:- |

at least one blank page; amendment pages and pages with bar codes are not acceptable for visa stamping. |

at least 6 months validity from the date of travel. |

Different Visa Type and Validity will be granted by the Consulate, depends on it merit. Consulate may seek additional information at any stage during the processing of the application. |

The visa's type, validity of the visa, duration of stay, and number of entries are issued at the discretion of consular officers, whose decisions are based strictly on the laws and regulations of the Vietnam Government. The consular officers have the authority to refuse any applications inconsistent with Vietnam laws and regulations and /or revoke issued visas. Meanwhile, the consular officers reserve the right to refuse any application and withhold disclosure of the reason for the refusal. |

| [4] PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND |

Payment
Non-refundable full payment is required upon India visa application.
Cancellation, Refund
Under normal circumstance, refund of Visa fee will not be granted if the application is cancelled or rejected. In case of Visa fee refund is granted, Handling fee HK $ 150 will be applied.
