India Visa Service

We are pleased to offer India Visa Application Service in Hong Kong for Single, Double, Multiple, with maximum validity up to 6 months.

[1] VISA TYPE, PROCESSING FEE AND DURATION OF STAY

(i) Visa Fee

All prices listed are in Hong Kong dollars (HK$)

Note :

•	# Different Visa Type and Validity will be granted by the Consulate, depends on it merit. Consulate may seek additional information at any stage during the processing of the application.
•	@ Valid from the date of issue
•	* Visa fee Only accept cash payment. Visa fee may vary with the duration and type of the visa and nationality of the applicant. Please contact customer service office for details.
•	Only accept application with Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan ID Card Holders

(ii) Visa application and Collection Time

[2] DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR VIETNAM VISA APPLICATION

The following documents are required upon visa application:


1.	Original Passport **
2.	Two (2) recent passport size Photos **Digital photo is not acceptable.
3.	ID Card Copy
4.	Application Form
		Acrobat PDF version

	** The Passport must have:-
	i)	at least one blank page; amendment pages and pages with bar codes are not acceptable for visa stamping.
	ii)	at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.

[3] TERMS & CONDITIONS

•	Service is subject to availabillity
•	Applicants are required to submit application form indicating the place(s) of visit and duration of stay.
•	The visa's type, validity of the visa, duration of stay, and number of entries are issued at the discretion of consular officers, whose decisions are based strictly on the laws and regulations of the India Government. The consular officers have the authority to refuse any applications inconsistent with India laws and regulations and /or revoke issued visas. Meanwhile, the consular officers reserve the right to refuse any application and withhold disclosure of the reason for the refusal.

[4] PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND

Payment
Non-refundable full payment is required upon India visa application.

Cancellation, Refund
Under normal circumstance, refund of Visa fee will not be granted if the application is cancelled or rejected. In case of Visa fee refund is granted, Handling fee HK $ 150 will be applied.
